Shortwave Infrared Curing for Paint, Clear Coat & Ceramic Coatings
The FY-TECH FY-2AT is a workshop-grade, twin-lamp shortwave infrared curing system. Two independently controlled 21″ gold-plated halogen emitters cure an 800 x 1000 mm area, with preset programs for each paint layer, a 0–99 minute timer and adjustable power. A hydraulic lifter and 360° rotating head let you position it over roofs, bonnets, doors and lower panels.

Guide only. Keep the lamps parallel to the panel at 30–60 cm (45 cm is typically best), and always follow your paint manufacturer's technical data sheet.
Using It for Ceramic Coatings
IR curing speeds up coating hardening and reduces the risk of high spots and contamination while the coating cures. Always follow the coating manufacturer's IR curing instructions for time, distance and temperature, as these vary between brands. Start at the far end of the recommended distance and check panel temperature.
