My older model Sensei Polisher required new carbon brushes. The older Sensei model is more difficult to replace the carbon brushes and I sought help from the Detail Store requesting instructions on the process for replacing the old brushes. Most of my dealings were with Calvin who provided excellent assistance and a detailed description and photographs of the carbon brushes replacement process. 2 pairs of brushes were ordered and arrived quite quickly. Armed with the new brushes and clear instruction and a photograph I was able to replace the old brushes and the machine is now working well. Having one single person dealing with my request made it much easier than being handed around from person to person. As an aside you need to get rid of yellow writing on a white background. The problem with yellow writing on a white background is poor contrast, which makes the text difficult to read due to very little difference in brightness between the two colours. It is annoying for your customers and potential customers. Speak to your website people and tell them to do better.
