Please notify us using the 'Special instructions for seller' box in your cart if you have a forklift for unloading or if you need unloading via a tailgate (which incurs an extra fee).
Deliveries are only to business / commercial addresses; no residential deliveries.
3-4 day processing period before dispatch (including Click & Collect).
For order cancellations, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund.
