运输政策

笔记:

标准送货通常需要3-7 个工作日,但节假日或快递网络中断可能会导致延误。对于紧急送货,请选择StarTrack服务以提高及时收到订单的机会。

Click & Collect 订单的周转时间为 24 小时(周末/节假日除外),并且 Click & Collect 通知通过电子邮件发送。

送货选项


我们的目标是在全球范围内提供最佳的运输选择,并与澳大利亚邮政合作,作为澳大利亚最大的货运运营商,为国内和国际货运提供服务。此外,我们还通过 StarTrack 和 Couriers Please 等快递公司满足第二天送达的紧急要求。

交付过程包括两个阶段:

  1. 处理时间(1-2 个工作日):订单验证、裁剪、质量检查和包装需要 24-48 小时(周末除外)。在促销期间,处理时间可能延长至 5 个工作日。此处理时间与发货时间无关。

  2. 运送時間:

    • 本地目的地(3-7 个工作日):物品从我们的仓库发货,不包括农村地区(5-8 个工作日)。
    • 国际配送(10 个工作日以上):通过普通航空邮寄。有关更多详细信息,请参阅澳大利亚邮政网站。

其他快递运输选项:

    免运费

    条款和条件

    1. 一般规定
    取决于库存情况。我们尽力在网站上保持准确的库存数量,但有时可能会出现库存差异,我们无法在您购买时提供所有商品。在这种情况下,我们将为您提供可用的产品,并与您联系,询问您是否希望等待缺货商品补货或希望我们处理退款。

    2. 运费
    除大件物品外,大多数物品的运费均按重量自动计算。运费将在购买时收取。此价格将是向客户运送的最终价格。

    3. 交货条款
    3.1 订单派送
    我们的仓库在周一至周五的正常工作时间内运营,维多利亚州法定节假日和国家法定节假日除外,在此期间仓库将关闭。在这种情况下,我们会采取措施尽量减少发货延误。请注意,在促销或销售期间,发货时间可能会延长至 24 个工作小时。我们感谢您的理解,并建议您在计划发货时考虑到这一点。

    3.2 预订商品
    如果您的订单包含预购商品,则订单中的所有商品将在预购商品到货后一起发送。对于我们网站上可供预购的商品,商品标题中会标明“预购”。

    预购产品是指在库存到达我们的仓库之前可供购买的商品。通过预购商品,可以保证您已获得该产品。一旦预购商品到达我们的仓库,您将收到一封电子邮件通知。该电子邮件将通知您您的商品已从我们的仓库发出,或已准备好点击并领取(取决于结账时选择的送货方式)。

    3.3 送货地址变更
    客户有责任提供正确的送货地址。在完成订单之前,请确保您已正确输入这些详细信息。

    如果需要更新已下单并确认的订单的送货地址,请在下单后 1 小时内发送电子邮件至hello@detailstore.com.au ,并提供您的订单号。您还将在下一个工作日收到一封电子邮件回复确认,说明更改已完成。

    如果客户提供的送货地址不正确且未在上述指定的时间范围内寄送,包裹可能会在运输途中丢失或被退回仓库,客户需支付重新送货的费用。

    3.4 命令的修改
    订单下达后不可更改。如果您需要修改,请在下单后 1 小时内发送电子邮件至hello@detailstore.com.au ,并提供您的订单号。您的订单将被取消,您需要下达包含正确详细信息的新订单。

    3.5 邮政信箱运输
    Detail Store 仅使用邮政服务将商品运送至邮政信箱地址。我们无法为这些地区提供快递服务。

    3.6 缺货商品
    如果某件商品缺货,我们将立即发送有库存的商品,并在剩余商品恢复库存后发送。

    3.7 交货延迟
    我们建议您直接联系快递员并提供您的跟踪号,以便在货物离开我们的仓库后获取最新更新。但是,如果您没有收到快递员的友好回复,请联系我们,以便我们进行调查。

    4. 追踪通知
    发货后,客户将收到一个跟踪链接,通过该链接他们可以根据运输供应商提供的最新更新来跟踪货物的进度。

    5. 包裹在运输途中受损
    如果您发现包裹在运输途中受损,请尽可能拒收快递员寄出的包裹,并联系我们的客服。如果包裹在您不在场的情况下送达,请联系客服进行后续步骤。

    6. 关税和税费
    6.1 销售税
    网站上显示的商品价格已包含销售税

    6.2 进口关税和税费
    国际货运的进口关税和税费可能在抵达目的地国家时支付。具体情况因国家而异,Detail Store 建议您在向我们下订单前了解这些潜在费用。

    如果您拒绝在抵达目的地国家时支付关税和税费,货物将退回 Detail Store,费用由客户承担,客户将获得已支付货物价值的退款,减去退货运费。初始运费将不予退还。

    7. 取消
    如果您在收到订单之前改变主意,我们可以在订单发货前随时接受取消。如果订单已经发货,请参阅我们的退款政策。

    8.保险
    结账时会提供一个选项,为您的订单添加保险。如果货物在运输途中损坏或丢失,则可直接更换。

    9. 点击并收集
    作为我们 Click & Collect 政策的一部分,所有未收集的订单将在 90 天后处理,除非另行通知。

    领取订单时,请携带包含订单号和带照片身份证明的确认电子邮件。如果您授权其他人领取订单,则需要发送电子邮件至hello@detailstore.com.au 提前通知我们。授权人员在收取您的包裹时需要向我们提供带照片的身份证件。

    How long it takes

    Your total wait is two separate stages added together — dispatch, then delivery. The estimate at checkout doesn't begin until your order has left the warehouse.

    Where's my order?

    Haven't had a dispatch notification within these timeframes? Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation email — if it includes a pre-order item, your whole order ships together once that item arrives in stock. If everything should be in stock and you still haven't heard from us, get in touch.

    Standard — Australia Post

    Our default service nationwide. Tracked end to end.

    Express Post

    Order by 12pm AEST on a business day for same-day dispatch processing.

    1–4 Business Days

    StarTrack Express

    Order by 11am AEST. Delivered with Safe Drop by default. Does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers — choose Express Post for those addresses.

    1–3 Business Days

    Click & Collect

    Victorian customers only. Select Contactless Pick Up at checkout — we'll email when it's ready. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID.

    Free shipping

    Free standard shipping on orders over $150

    How much is covered depends on the total weight and where it's headed. Heavier orders share part of the freight cost.

    Up to 17kg

    Free to VIC and metro areas nationally. Regional areas contribute 30% of the freight cost.

    17 – 40kg

    Customer covers 50% (VIC, NSW, TAS, SA, ACT) or 70% (WA, QLD, NT). Our contribution is capped at $60.

    Over 40kg

    Customer covers freight in full. Some oversized items may need a custom quote.

    What free shipping doesn't cover

    Free shipping covers standard delivery within Australia. When an order falls into any of the below, freight is calculated at checkout:

    Express & courier upgrades

    Orders sent by Express Post or StarTrack — the free threshold applies to standard delivery only.

    Bulky & oversized items

    Pressure washers, hose reels, wall mounts, detailing lights and similar. Flagged automatically at checkout based on size, weight and destination.

    Remote & regional postcodes

    Addresses the courier classifies as remote. Your exact cost is always confirmed at checkout — the ranges below are a guide to the areas most often affected.

    International orders

    Free shipping is for Australian delivery only. Import duties and taxes may apply on arrival.

    Shipping a bulky order to WA, NT or North QLD? Additional freight may apply — we'll email to confirm the final cost before your order ships.

    Simple rule — if your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, the available options and exact rates are always shown before payment at checkout, once your address and cart are confirmed.

    Good to know

    Wrong address? Email us within 1 hour of ordering, quoting your order number. After that we can't guarantee a change before dispatch.

    Change or cancel? Same 1-hour window. Once an order is dispatched it can't be amended — see our returns policy.

    Parcel damaged in transit? Reject it from the courier if you can, then contact us so we can sort a replacement.

    Want peace of mind? Add shipping insurance at checkout to cover loss or damage in transit.

    Tracking your order? You'll get a tracking link on dispatch. For transit updates, contact the courier first with your tracking number — we'll step in if they're unresponsive.

    Common questions

    When will my order ship?

    Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sale and promotional periods, allow 3–5 business days before transit begins.

    Why am I charged shipping when my order is over $150?

    Free shipping depends on cart weight, delivery postcode, shipping method and whether your order contains bulky freight. Express services, international orders, remote postcodes and oversized items can still attract a fee even above $150. Your exact rate is shown at checkout once your address and cart are confirmed.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Email hello@detailstore.com.au within 1 hour of ordering, quoting your order number. Once an order has been packed or dispatched we may not be able to make changes — see our returns policy.

    My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

    Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If it hasn't moved for several business days, contact the courier first with your tracking number — if they're unresponsive, contact us and we'll look into it.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes — international orders ship via Australia Post air, typically 10+ business days. Import duties and taxes may be payable on arrival and vary by country.

    What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?

    Orders containing a pre-order item ship together once the pre-ordered product reaches our warehouse, and you'll be emailed on dispatch. If you need the in-stock items sooner, place them as a separate order.

    Full terms

    Stock availability

    We work hard to keep stock counts accurate, but discrepancies can occur. If we can't fulfil everything, we'll ship what's in stock and contact you about whether to wait for a restock or refund the rest.

    Order dispatch & cut-offs

    Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian and national public holidays. Dispatch normally takes 1–2 business days. During sale and promotional periods this may extend to 3–5 business days. Express Post orders placed by 12pm AEST and StarTrack orders placed by 11am AEST are processed the same business day.

    Pre-order items

    Pre-order products (marked "Pre-order" in the title) let you secure stock before it arrives. The whole order ships together once the pre-ordered item lands, and you'll be emailed on dispatch.

    Changing your address or order

    You're responsible for entering the correct delivery address. To change an address or amend an order, email hello@detailstore.com.au within 1 hour, quoting your order number. Amendments require cancelling and re-placing the order. If an incorrect address isn't flagged in time and the parcel is lost or returned, a re-delivery fee applies.

    PO Box & Parcel Locker delivery

    We ship to PO Boxes using postal services only — couriers including StarTrack can't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. For express delivery to these addresses, select Australia Post Express Post.

    Tracking & delivery delays

    You'll receive a tracking link on dispatch. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, contact the courier directly with your tracking number for the latest status. If they're unhelpful, contact us and we'll investigate. Delays during holiday periods or courier disruptions are outside our control.

    Damaged, lost or stolen parcels

    If a parcel arrives damaged, reject it from the courier where possible and contact us. We don't take responsibility for orders lost or stolen after delivery to the correct address unless shipping insurance was selected at checkout.

    Shipping costs & insurance

    Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout (except some bulky items) and collected with your purchase — the quoted amount is final. Optional insurance covers a direct replacement if goods arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

    International duties & taxes

    GST is already included in displayed prices. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be payable on arrival and vary by country. If duties are refused and the goods are returned, you'll be refunded for the value of goods less return shipping; original shipping isn't refunded.

    Cancellations

    We accept cancellations any time before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.

    Click & Collect

    Available to Victorian customers with a ~24-hour turnaround. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID to collect. To authorise someone else, email us first — they'll need photo ID. Uncollected orders are disposed of after 90 days unless we hear otherwise.
