Good that its long, but it coils on itself tangling very easily, additionally I had to use a lot of Teflon tape due to the loose fittings. Also was expecting it to be rubbery and soft but its just like a regular pressure washer hose just thicker.

With regards to the loose fittings, we're really sorry for that. This is the first we have heard and will relay that back to the factory to ensure they are tightly fitted moving forward. If you notice this upon initial use of the product, feel free to get in touch via email so we can make it right :)
As this is a steel braided hose, it can seem a little stiffer than say ones by Uberflex which tend to be soft toe the touch. Also with the smooth finish of the hose material, this was intentional so it picks up less dirt compared to the rubbery ones when dragged around. Note that this material is also non-marking so you don't get scruff marks on your patios & concrete driveways.
