A flat rate default shipping fee applies at checkout (standard postage). Additional shipping fees will be calculated after the order is placed and will be emailed for payment before the order can be processed. For a full quote and to check availability, email hello@detailstore.com.au.
Please notify us using the 'Special instructions for seller' box in your cart if you have a forklift for unloading or if you need unloading via a tailgate (which incurs an extra fee).
Deliveries are only to business / commercial addresses; no residential deliveries.
3-4 day processing period before dispatch (including Click & Collect).
For order cancellations, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund.
