How to claim
These terms apply to every free gift with purchase promotion at The Detail Store. The qualifying spend, the free gift and the promotion period are shown on the promotional banner or landing page at the time of the offer.

One gift per customer
Each promotion is limited to a single claim per customer account.
How the spend is calculated
The qualifying spend is based on your product subtotal, excluding shipping and after any line discounts.
No cash value
The free gift can't be exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash or store credit.
Returns
If a return takes your order below the qualifying spend, we may charge for the gift or deduct its value from your refund.
Splitting a larger order into smaller ones to claim more than one gift. Duplicate or split claims may be refused, and the orders amended or cancelled.
Claiming the gift after an order has been finalised or confirmed.
Unless stated otherwise, free gift promotions can't be combined with any other discount, coupon or promotion.
Availability & changes
Each promotion is subject to promotional stock and may end at any time, including once allocations run out, without prior notice.
We may end, vary, suspend or withdraw any promotion, or update these terms, at any time. We may also refuse any claim we reasonably believe breaches these terms or is made in bad faith.
Gifts are allocated in limited numbers. If the promotion ends while you're shopping, the gift won't apply at checkout. Please check the gift shows as $0 in your cart before placing your order.
