1. What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to shop online and pick up your order from our warehouse. We do not have a retail storefront.
Add your items to cart and select ‘Pickup in-store’ at checkout. Some items may take a few days to arrive at our warehouse, depending on stock location. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready, usually within a few hours, though this may vary during busy periods.
Please wait for the confirmation email before coming to collect your order. Visiting before receiving this notification may result in your items not being ready.
2. How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us via email (preferred) or use our website chat. Include your order number in all communication. Walk-ins are not supported.

7. Product Availability
Some items are stored in offsite warehouses and may take additional time to arrive before collection is possible. Please place your order online and wait for your collection confirmation. Visiting before receiving this notification may result in delays.
All payments must be made online. We do not accept cash, and no transactions can be made on-site.
8. Do you have a retail store?
No. We operate as an online Click & Collect warehouse only. Walk-in purchases and browsing are not available.
