We're an online store with a Click & Collect point in Nunawading — there's no retail front to browse and orders can't be placed in person. Place your order online first, then collect it from Unit 6/162 Rooks Road once you receive your "ready for collection" email.
Select Click & Collect at checkout, then wait for the email confirming your order is ready — please don't head in before it arrives. Bring your order number and collect Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (excluding public holidays). Full details are on our Click & Collect page.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address — add your items to the cart and enter your postcode to see the exact cost before paying. Current free shipping offers and the fine print live on our Shipping Policy page.
We typically dispatch within 24 business hours of your order being placed, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us — check your spam folder if it hasn't landed. If your tracking hasn't moved for several business days, send us a message above with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
