Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to Australian residents based in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT & TAS, aged 18 years and over.
2. Employees and their immediate family members of The Detail Store are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences 14/11/2022 and closes 28/11/2022 11:59pm AEST.
4. Individuals must select an option from the list of categories on the website.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. If multiple entries are submitted by an individual, only the last recorded entry will be considered.
6. The winners will be published via social media and on The Detail Store website.
7. Two winners will be randomly selected during the week commencing 28/11/2022.
8. The winners will be contacted via phone and email.
9. The Detail Store will verify the validity of entries and entrants and disqualify an individual who has breached the terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, The Detail Store reserves the right, in its sole discretion to determine the identity of the entrant.
11. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, another winner will be randomly selected.
12. 2x prize winners will each win a $100 Detail Store gift card.
13. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. Any unused balance of the gift card cannot be redeemed as cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included.
15. The prize is not transferrable to another individual or exchangeable.
16. Entrants consent to The Detail Store using their name when publishing the winners.
17. Use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by the entrant invalid.
18. Personal information collected to conduct the promotion will not be provided to third parties but used to contact the entrant if they are a prize winner. The prize winners will be selected from entrants that submit an option for all categories, and submit their full name, email address and mobile phone number. Entrants consent to The Detail Store publishing their full name if they are a winner.
