The Nano Polisher is a mini cordless dual-action polisher engineered to deliver professional finishes on the smallest panels. Lightweight and battery-powered, the Nano is the go-to tool for door jambs, mirrors, bumpers, spoilers and any area where a full-size polisher is too bulky. With selectable 6 mm / 12 mm orbits, a smooth variable-speed dial and compatibility with small pads, you get fast correction and flawless finishing — completely cordless.

Maintenance & safety

Keep air vents free of dust, use dry compressed air to blow out debris, and re-apply the supplied grease to the backing-plate/shroud contact every ~100 hours of use. Only use manufacturer-specified batteries and charger combinations. The Nano includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty — register the product online for faster support.

How to connect the extension rod

1. Use the blue end of the tool to hold the shaft securely in place.
   
   

2. While holding the shaft, hand-remove the backing plate that is fitted.

3. Use the red end of the tool to secure the backing plate, while pressing the button at the neck of the machine to lock it in position.

4. Once the backing plate is removed, a fixed bolt will be exposed. This is where the extension rod is attached.

5. Note: The extension rod is designed for rotary operation only and should not be used in DA (dual action) mode.
