The green cutting pad has one of the highest density foam suited for jobs requiring heavy paint correction.
The yellow polishing pad has a medium density foam suited for slight to medium paint correction. It is used after cutting to remove swirl marks created from cutting.
The red finishing pad is ideal for the application of sealants and waxes after polishing to bring through that gloss and new car shine.

New car polishing and ceramic coating
The polishing worked well on a new car with Meguiar's Ultimate Polish. The pad absorbed excess polishing cream allowing the product to be applied evenly on the car. The polish was easily removed from the polishing pads in the washing machine to be reused.
